About our speaker:

Danielle O’Connor is a licensed Naturopathic Doctor that graduated from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in 2003. She has worked at health clinics in Toronto and Burlington alongside integrative medical doctors using progressive therapies such as IV vitamins and minerals, chelation, bio-identical hormones and light therapy. Her interest in natural medicine peaked while travelling around the world as a professional figure skater with Walt Disney’s World On Ice.

Danielle’s passion for providing her patients with the best naturopathic care has led her to incorporating a wide variety of treatment modalities into her practice. Danielle utilizes nutrition, acupuncture, botanical medicine, detoxification, and biotherapeutic drainage in helping patients address and treat the underlying cause of their conditions. Danielle also has special training in cosmetic acupuncture.

Danielle continues to develop her training with the Medical Academy of Pediatric Special Needs in Biomedical treatment for Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, childhood anxiety, OCD and ODD. She also believes there is a need to look into the prevention of many of these disorders when there is a known predisposition.

Danielle utilizes many testing methods to track progress of patients care including, but not limited to, saliva hormone testing, Organic Acid Tests, Neurotransmitter Testing, blood tests, stool tests, IgG Food Sensitivity testing, and reading genomic testing such as MTHFR reports for SNP’s.

As a mother of four, Danielle has a love of children and enjoys working with families to get themselves and their little ones healthy so they can be as happy and bright as they should be.

Danielle is an elected council member of the College of Naturopaths of Ontario. She provides families with professional healthcare, offering safe, effective, and reliable solutions.
