Often we are so focused on how the food we eat fuels our body that we forget that the same food fuels our mind. Did you know that the brain uses about 20% of the energy we expend in a day while only making up 2% of our total body weight? Proper nutrition can help support and enhance your mental health.
This talk is facilitated by a Registered Dietitian and a Registered Psychologist to address common concerns regarding what you eat and how it influences how you feel. They will discuss strategies to assist participants in taking care of their mental wellness by making conscious decisions about their eating.
