NYE at The Melting Pot Masquerade Ball

Description
Join us for an evening of mystery and intrigue!
All tickets must be bought before-hand for this event. Please call the restaurant to book your party then proceed to purchase tickets to confirm your reservation. Once booked you will have 48 hours to purchase tickets or your reservation will be released.
Each couple will also receive a framed photo of you and your guests celebrating in style, special New Years Eve party favours, and a surprise gift from The Melting Pot!
THE MENU
First course:
Creamy Crab – White wine and Sherry blended with fresh garlic, a blend of Butterkäse and fontina cheeses, fresh crab, lemon juice and black pepper.
OR
Apricot Chèvre - Sparkling Luccio Moscato D’Asti pairs well with the sweet and savory blend of Butterkäse and fontina cheeses, chèvre, sweet apricots and fresh thyme.
Second Course:
Ruby Salad – Spring mix topped with chopped walnuts, dried cranberries, goat cheese crumbles and ruby red beets, drizzled with a savory berry balsamic dressing.
OR
Red Rock Bisque – Red rock crab, bay scallops, sweet shrimp and tender sole are simmered with vegetables, select spices and sweet cream.
Third Course:
Ocean Entrée – White Shrimp, Chicken, Tuna with Wasabi seeds, Scallops, lobster tail, Lob ravioli.
OR
Land Entrée – Filet mignon, Angus sirloin, Duck l’orange, Memphis BBQ Pork Medallion, Chicken de Province, Mediterranean Ravioli: Cooking Style – Miso
Fourth Course:
Masquerade Dark Chocolate: Our signiture dark chocolate with a caramel filling, and topped off with Goldslager liquor. Flambéed table side.

If you have groups of 7 and over or for party size changes please email mpmarketing@thecellargroup.com. Childrens tickets (12 and under) are to be bought separately from the rest of the group.
