Soup:
Creamy roasted red pepper soup. Garnished with garlic parmesan crisps and basil oil.
Appetizer:
Crispy polenta, wild mushroom ragout, red wine vinaigrette salad.
Main Course:
Roasted leg of lamb, creamy braised fennel, roasted garlic mashed potatoes, buttered radish and leeks with a rosemary red wine sauce.
Dessert:
Pear and champagne mousse cake, with whipped cream, pear compote, and a stained-glass pear garnish.
