Learn about navigating the health care system, what care options are available, how to access assistive devices and aids.

February 22nd is session two and will feature speakers from the Canadian Mental Health Association and Alzheimer's Society and will look at the caregiving experience, sources of support and how to not feel isolated.

March 29th is session three which features Jeremy Bertrand from the Ministy of Finance who will be talking about what the tax savings and financial benefits are available for being a caregiver.
