Mr. Michael Fortin, a seasoned tax advisor, will show you how you can do better at preparing your tax returns.

ODTU Alumni Association of Canada presents ‘Share Your Knowledge Series’, where people with knowledge, know-how, expertise, experience, thoughts, ideas or subjects worthy of inspection share them with the community.

In the second event of the Series, Michael Fortin will talk about how you can do better at preparing your tax returns.

Mr. Michael Fortin has a BA in Economics, York University. Starting his career in a tax firm and perfecting his expertise for taxes, Michael realized that people need something bigger than having their tax returns prepared: They need proper tax advice.

Along these lines, he first volunteered in tax clinics to help low income members of the community to help prepare their taxes. Later, he decided to help more clients with the skills he learned over the years and founded FORTAX Corp., a Canadian multilingual company that helps tax payers to get the most out of their taxes.

FORTAX Corp. specializes in taxes, such as Student Taxes, Self-employed Taxes,Emigrant and Immigrant Taxes, just to name a few. Mr. Fortin offers services in French, English and Spanish.
