Oakridge Sunday Service : November 22nd

If you plan to attend our service on Sunday, November 22nd, please sign up here. Please register a ticket for each member of your household attending. We require contact information as a form of due diligence with regards to contact tracing, so that we can get in touch with you in the event that someone were to contract COVID-19. This is not an application: if you are able to fill out this form, you are signed up.

Please note that things will obviously look significantly different right now, as we keep in accordance with the government and public health guidelines and requirements, such as a maintaining a minimum 2 metre physical distance during the entire service, from arrival to departure. We ask for your patience and cooperation as we all try and figure this out together. We strongly recommend you familiarize yourself with all of the government mandates and recommendations here: https://www.ontario.ca/page/covid-19-stop-spread especially the sections on "What you need to do", "Everyday actions", and "Physical distancing". We also strongly encourage you to use their "Self Assessment" tool to understand your personal risk level. Even though we are following provincial guidelines, there is still risk when gathering together, so please make your own decision based on your circumstances. Masks will be available upon entry if you do not have your own.

Our service will begin at 10:30am, but please aim to arrive a bit early so we can properly get everyone in and seated in time. We will only have one entrance open, the front doors, so please do not enter through any other doors.
