If I am unable to attend the Free Indeed Men’s Conference, will you refund my ticket?

For the 2023 ​Free Indeed Men’s Conference ​we will refund your tickets up until January 20, 2023.

How do I transfer my ticket?

To transfer your ticket to the name of the person who​ may have​ purchased the ticket from you (we will not facilitate the transaction) the information of the new attendee will need to be added to the Free Indeed ticket in the Eventbrite account of the purchaser.

​Can I purchase a block of tickets​?

​For the 2023 Free Indeed Men's Conference no more than 5 tickets will be allowed to be purchased at one time.

​When purchasing more than one Free Indeed ticket, the purchaser has the option to ‘copy’ information from one ticket to all others. Because of the nature of the questions and our registration process, each person must have their own ticket with information specific to their ​contact details. The ticket purchaser is able to edit information for each individual ticket when they sign into their Eventbrite account until January ​20​, 2023.

Can my son attend the conference?

Most conference content would be appropriate for high school age and above. Your children are welcome to attend sessions but they must register.

Where is the conference going to take place?

The main Free Indeed Men’s Conference will take place at Hope Bible Church Oakville.

What is a satellite site?

A satellite site is a location where the Free Indeed conference will be broadcasted through live video feed.

Are there meals available?

There will be a Grab and Go breakfast served on Saturday morning. Coffee, tea and water will be available through out the conference.

*There will be no lunch or dinner provided.

Is there a discount available for me?

The cost for anyone to attend​ on location for​ ​the 2023 ​Free Indeed Men’s Conference is $60 (plus processing fee).

I can only come for part of the conference, is there a discounted rate for me?

No, we are not able to offer partial-attendance tickets to Free Indeed Men’s Conference.

What does the registration fee cover?

The registration fee covers admission to all main sessions , access to the 2023 Free Indeed ​workshops, and attendee package.

When will I get confirmation of my registration?

Confirmation of your registration will land in your email as soon as you register and this confirmation email includes a PDF file of your ticket. If you don’t receive an email shortly after your registration and it isn’t in your SPAM folder, please let us know and we can resend your tickets.
