About this event

Virtual BIPOC (Black Indigenous People of Colour) Peer-support Self-Care Oasis group

The Virtual BIPOC Peer-Support Self-care Oasis group is a Peer Support Group for women and femme identifying as BIPOC (Black Indigenous People of Colour) living with mental health challenges and looking for a place to share and discuss experiences, explore new tools together in a safe environment as a way of empowering and supporting each other.

Come join a group of BIPOC individuals in a safe environment! BIPOC mental health matters! BIPOC matters! Take a 2-hour break from your busy schedule to nourish your self once per week! Your mental health matters! You matter!

This group will be offered online via Zoom by CWCLN. Individuals will be able to join using the video and/or the phone functions. The facilitators are trained peer-supporters.

Important: You are not required to be on camera during the group nor to share, except for the first few minutes so that we can confirm you are indeed part of the BIPOC community.

** BIPOC 18+ women and femme identified individuals**

**These sessions are led by trained BIPOC peer-support facilitators**
