Event description

Description

Kick start OCIC's AGM and Symposium by joining our two concurrent roundtable consultation sessions on Wednesday, September 18, 2019 to inform OCIC’s new Youth Policy Program, and to feed into national and regional capacity building needs assessments for ICN and OCIC programs to be offered over the next four years.

If you are interested in joining us, please pick ONE of the following two sessions:

OCIC YOUTH POLICY PROGRAM ROUNDTABLE

Wednesday, September 18, 2019 | 1:00 - 4:00PM at the Centre for Social Innovation-Spadina

  • Are you a Director, Manager or Coordinator responsible for youth-focused projects or programs?

  • Are you leading policy-focused programs at the local, sub-national, national or international level?

  • Do you have insights on intersectional, intergenerational change-making processes?

Join us at the roundtable to inform OCIC's upcoming Youth Policy Program.

OCIC NATIONAL & REGIONAL CAPACITY BUILDING PROGRAMS ROUNDTABLE

Wednesday, September 18, 2019 | 1:00 - 4:00PM at the Centre for Social Innovation-Spadina

  • Are you connected to a small or medium-sized civil society organization (SMO) within Canada that seeks to increase your effectiveness and impact?

  • Are you working within an OCIC member organization and looking for ways to increase your individual and team capacity?

  • Have you in the past, or do you plan in the foreseeable future, to apply for funding from Global Affairs Canada?

We want your inputs for the national and regional capacity building needs assessment.

The Roundtable sessions will be followed by an evening film screening and storytelling event as part of TAPESTRY 2019: OCIC Annual General Meeting & Symposium. Separate registration and tickets required.
