Can I get a refund?

We are happy to process refunds up to May 17. After that, we can issue you a partial tax receipt for your purchase.

Question 2

How can I pick my dates?

Accepted Answer

We will send you an email one month before the show opens to ask what suits you best. If you're not ready, just ignore it because we'll send another one two weeks before. It's best that you pick your date at that time. If you know which dates you want before that, you can email us anytime.

Question 3

Can I only purchase for two shows?

Accepted Answer

Not this time. This is a new thing for us so we're only offering this one discount. If you buy the pass and only attend two shows, that's still a pretty good deal. So we think you should do it (we're very biased here though).

Question 4

How does the Wine Night charge work?

Accepted Answer

Wine nights are a special tradition of MUO and this year we're offering them on August 24 and 25. That night, your ticket will include two glasses of wine at the show. To attend either of these nights, you must buy the wine ticket add-on.
