Oh Boy, I'm Stuffed

Chef Steve James is back at Jill’s Table for an evening of decadent “stuffed” dishes. The evening will start with rabbit cappalletti with pumpkin sauce and crispy sage. The main course is a roasted organic chicken breast and poached ballontine with foie gras sauce and crispy Brussels sprouts
Steve will finish the evening with a dessert of poached pear stuffed with chocolate truffle and topped with toasted hazelnut caramel sauce.
