About this event
Our food expo is exclusively designed for the food service industry to build business relationships with a wide range of local food producers. Attendees at our food expo will have the opportunity to sample new products, connect with vendors, and gain new perspectives to help create innovative menus for the upcoming busy season.
This expo is not for direct clients looking to purchase products for home cooking.
Our carefully curated selection of vendors offers a diverse range of products including fermented drinks, gourmet mushrooms, condiments, produce, dairy alternatives, artisanal meats, high protein plant-based products, custom ceramics and more!
In no particular order, the current list of vendors includes: Vegilante, Umami, Motherlove, Rad Jamz, Fresh Pick Mushrooms, Mycrogreens, Kiln 9, Wise Earth, Maple Roch, Italian Meat Master, Maple & Manchester, Ok Pasta Co, Blissful Belly and Planty of Nosh.
