Every year the Old Strathcona Business Association hosts two general meetings, giving members an opportunity to reconnect with us in person and catch up on the organization's activity. During the Annual General Meeting (AGM) we will look at the upcoming budget, accept board nominations, and facilitate conversation among members. What to expect:
- Elect and vote in the 2023 Board of Directors
- Review and vote on the 2023 Proposed Budget
- Connect with OSBA staff, board, and fellow businesses
- Learn about current & upcoming projects including holiday plans and more!
Food and drink will be provided via Fringe Grounds Cafe!
This meeting will be held in person; but a recording will be available afterwards if you are not able to attend.
Masking
Fringe Theatre is a mask-friendly environment. Patrons visiting the ATB Financial Arts Barns are enthusiastically encouraged to please wear a mask when moving about the theatre and/or when not eating or drinking. Staff & volunteers will continue to wear a mask to help keep fringers safe.
Distancing & Sanitization
Whenever possible, we encourage fringers to please maintain a safe physical distance from those not in your household. Rigorous sanitization practices remain in place throughout our building.

Getting There
Please use the Backstage Theatre entrance located on the north side of the building. There is ample bike parking for those who choose to commute on two wheels. And all E-Park locations are free after 6pm!
