Event description

Description

On the Table is an invitation from Kitchener Waterloo Community Foundation and Cambridge and North Dumfries Community Foundation for people, organizations and communities to come together, share food, have conversations about what matters most to them.

EAFWR has joined in with an afternoon gathering - Coffee, Treats and an Inclusive Community - we are inviting the community to come together here, at our place to have a friendly conversation about one of our favourite (and hopefully one of yours) topics - why inclusive communities are important, and how can we work together to make them more inclusive?

We hope we can learn new things about what connects us. It is a fun, meaningful opportunity for people to meet, gather and share.

This is a free to attend event - simply register here to let us know how many folks to expect.

Join us from 1 PM - 3 PM on Sunday, September 29th, we will have treats, coffee and apple cider to share with you. We will also be offering a free Fall Harvest photo booth for you - bring your family, friends, neighbours, pets or just yourself and we will snap a fantastic seasonal photo memory for you! (we will share the photo with you digitally, all you need is a big smile and an email address)

Just like this - but different :)

Topics and highlights of the conversations will be collected by EAFWR and shared with the community foundations to give them an exciting snapshot of what is on people's minds across the region.

- weather permitting our event will be in the parking lot if inclement weather - please join us in the WALES building (the portable building in the rear of the lot close to Braun Ave. Don't worry, we will make sure you can find us!)
