About this event

In collaboration with Practical CSM, OneEleven is offering an exclusive program sprint for Customer Success (CS).

In this cohort, build a solid foundation on CS principles and learn best practices on how to better engage with your customers. Learn from seasoned veterans from the Practical CSM team and take part in one of the CS industry's most recognizable programs.

This 6-session sprint comes at no extra cost and comes with your OneEleven membership.


  • Days & Dates: sessions are hosted on Tuesdays and Thursdays starting on November 22
  • Time: 12pm-1 pm
  • Location: hybrid - sessions are primarily hosted in person at OneEleven, but will be made available online
  • Format: sessions will be done in a workshop format, while office hours and peer groups will also be made available
