Join me in this online workshop and learn how to make Montreal style bagels in the comfort of your own kitchen! In this class, you'll learn how to make the dough for regular and cinnamon raising bagels, how to shape bagels, do a maple syrup bath, and bake the bagels!

Please note that there will be a quick break in the middle of the workshop to let the dough rise. This workshop will be held online via Zoom. The recipe card and Zoom link will be emailed to registered participants 5 days before the workshop!
