Event description

Choosing a career or new career direction and the educational pathway to be successful is one of the biggest decisions you’ll make in your life. That’s why we have a week-long guided online program dedicated to helping you learn more about who you are, what is important to you, and what path will lead you to a meaningful life. We’ll look at what career and educational options may be right for you based on your interests, skills, and goals. We’ll also introduce you to resources and supports to help you move forward in your post-secondary journey. After completing the program, you will have access to a one-on-one coaching session with your faculty to help you determine your next steps and the additional supports you might need to find your way.

This program is offered in a blended format with a daily virtual classroom led by George Brown Faculty and combined with complimentary self-directed modules to complete either before or after class each day. This format enriches the discussions in class and your opportunity to explore, research and reflect throughout the week. Faculty incorporate group discussions, activities and games in the virtual class along with the addition of guest speakers to help ensure you have an experience that is informative, insightful and fun!
