Meet Madison every Monday online on 'Lark' at 6pm EST, and together we will explore empowering techniques to help you connect deeper with your voice and your true self.

In activating your voice, we will also explore the process of using your own voice for emotional catharsis, personal expression, and nervous system regulation. Sound is an incredibly powerful healing modality and is finally being recognized as such by the scientific community. Sound vibrations are even more healing when we are creating those vibrations within our own bodies!

The workshop will include:

~ a guided meditation & breath work

~ mindful movement

~ voice activating group exercises

~ guided chanting, mantras, & free toning
