Eric Alper is a music industry veteran of over 20 years, working with literally hundreds of record labels and thousands of artists. He’s been named to Billboard Magazine, Paste Magazine and The National Post’s best on social media, with over million and half followers on social media. Past and current clients on the PR roster include Bob Geldof, Judy Collins, Randy Bachman, The Cult, Merle Haggard, John Prine, Ringo Starr, Slash, The Wiggles, Bush, Steve Earle, Snoop Dogg, The Smashing Pumpkins, Ray Charles, Little Steven, Sinead O’Connor, Sesame Street, 54-40 and Bruce Cockburn.

Sarah French runs a busy music publicity firm dedicated to promoting Canadian blues & roots artists. ​In addition to an extensive current client roster of some of the best in Canadian blues and roots music, Sarah has worked for True North Records/Linus Entertainment, Richard Flohil & Associates, and musician Jeff Healey (as personal assistant). She is currently the publicist of record for Stony Plain Records in Canada and Busted Flat Records worldwide. Sarah represents several JUNO and Maple Blues Award winners and nominees.

Amanda Rheaume is a full time singer/songwriter and was self-managed for 10+ years touring in Canada, Europe, United Kingdom and the USA. She has experience in event management through co-producing the National Babes4Breasts Benefit Concert for 10 years. Amanda was also co-founder and owner of Light Switch Creative Inc., a social media marketing and design agency in Ottawa. Amanda has recently moved to Toronto.

As part of the 21st Maple Blues Awards, the Ontario Blues Forum will be held between January 15-16, 2018. Led by special guest speakers, panels specifically curated for blues musicians and the industry will be open to public and free to attend. All panels will take place in Yorkville Room at the Holiday Inn Toronto Downtown Centre Hotel. Stay tuned for more info and mark your calendar.
