Description

The Canadian Mental Health Association, Ontario Telemedicine Network, and Centre for Addiction and Mental Health are pleased to invite you to a Breakfast Information Session to commemorate Mental Health Awareness week and bring attention to the three FREE mental health services that are currently available in our community for people with mild to moderate depression and anxiety. ****Ticket Required****

These services are:

  • Big White Wall (16+): an online peer support and self-management tool, coordinated by the Ontario Telemedicine Network (OTN)
  • BounceBack (15+): a skill-building telephone coaching program, managed by the Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA) Ontario and CMHA York and South Simcoe
  • Increasing Access to Structured Psychotherapy - IASP Toronto (18+): In person and via telemedicine individual cognitive behaviour therapy led by CAMH and delivered in collaboration with community health care providers

Doors will open for a continental breakfast starting at 8:30am with speakers beginning at 9:00am.

Speakers include:

  • Steve Lurie, Executive Director of CMHA Toronto
  • Steve Mathew, Provincial Lead, Ontario Telemedicine Network (OTN)
  • Stephanie Carter, Clinical Director at Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH)
  • Kelsey White, Social Worker at Village Family Health Team
