This event is happening on Friday, November 22nd, 2019 at Victoria College, University of Toronto (St. George Downtown Campus) from 9:30a.m.-2:30 p.m. (morning registration from 8:30 a.m. - 9:30 a.m.).
PEP-AH is a network of almost 40 Canadian universities and colleges, the Canadian Centre for Substance Use and Addiction (CCSA) and Universities Canada, that is using an evidence-based framework, and encouraging collaborations to help reduce alcohol harms and address drinking culture on Canadian campuses.
We invite you to learn more about PEP-AH and join the discussion. We will hear from students and experts, share best practices, learn about on-campus initiatives and talk about strategies to help support student health, well-being and safety.
Student voices are key to PEP-AH’s success; we encourage staff and faculty to bring students on your campus who are engaged in health promotion/alcohol harm reduction- related work. The CCSA can support student travel costs. If you are a student registrant, please e-mail christina.alcena@utoronto.ca for more information.
We hope you can attend, and we ask you to forward this invitation to faculty, staff and students at your school who are involved in this important work.
We ask all attendees to complete this online registration form by Friday, November 8th, 2019.
Thank you very much for your time and consideration. If you have any questions, please contact Christina Alcena (christina.alcena@utoronto.ca).
