OWLE has been recognizing outstanding achievement of women in law enforcement across the province of Ontario since 1999.

This year's awards gala will be held on Friday, May 5, 2023 at the Mississauga Grand Banquet Hall located at 35 Brunel Rd, Mississauga.

Ontario Women in Law Enforcement have been honouring the tremendous accomplishments of women in law enforcement, both sworn and civilian. OWLE continues to demonstrate our commitment by recognizing Long Service Awards for women who have completed 25, 30, 35, 40 and 45 years of service in law enforcement. Also included our major awards in the following categories: Bravery, Leadership, Civilian Award of Achievement, Mentoring and Coaching, Community Service, Teamwork, Innovation, Excellence in Performance, Law Enforcement Professional of the Year, Heritage Award, and Presidential Award.

Service Award Nominees must attend the Gala to receive their award. Accepted Service Award nominations are for the calendar year of 2022 ending December 31st, 2022. Unfortunately, no other nominations can be accepted.

Charity Silent Auction to be held - please bring cash if you wish to participate.
