Have some friends over! When it’s cold, this is bold comfort food! Greece never fails to offer flavours that everyone loves, and this menu also has vegetarian options. It might be cold but the shopping will be a breeze.

. Skordalia -serve with pita or veggies or as a sauce, this creamy garlic-potato dip is a national dish!

. Hortapita - like it’s spinach cousin, this pie is full of green goodness, herbs and tangy Mizythra cheese, all in one phyllo wrapped package

. Marouli - yes, it means lettuce, tossed with a lemon-garlic dressing, tossed with herbs, crunchy lettuce and feta

. Giouvesti- Greek Lamb with Orzo - lamb shanks slow cooked, a tomato sauce made with pan juices for the orzo, cooked risotto style. Luscious!

. Polenta Almond Cake with Mascarpone-Honey Cream and Rosemary Syrup - a simple cake with luxurious finishes

Want to save the Eventbrite fee? You can register in person and over the phone directly with the store (604) 939-6200. Payment is required when you register - visa, MasterCard, gift certificates are accepted over the phone, cash and debit in person.

We have a 72 hours cancelation policy. If you need to cancel but have not given 72 hours notice, no refund, transfer to another class or credit will be issued, but you can send somebody in your place.

In the event that not enough participants are registered, we would have to cancel the class. We will notify registered participants at least 48 hrs prior and issue a full refund.

Chefs will try to accommodate food allergies or dietary restrictions if given 72 hours notice. Please inquire prior to booking if there are any food concern.
