These open sessions are a chance to share some of Julian Stodd’s latest work around organisational change and the Socially Dynamic organisation.
Organisations need to adapt to the realities of the Social Age, and the changes will need to be broad and comprehensive, considering aspects such as technology, the rise of community, and the evolution of systems of control.
The sessions will cover topics such as agility, trust, resilience and what it truly means to become Socially Dynamic. We will draw on principles from Social Leadership and explore the Dynamic Change framework.
