Optimizing Accessibility for Neurodiversity (Dec 6)

Attend this workshop to explore how to optimize accessibility within your workplace by leveraging existing skills and incorporating universal inclusion strategies that will benefit not only your autistic and neurodivergent employees, but will benefit your whole organization.

In this workshop, attendees will:

- List their own existing skills and training that can be applied to support inclusion of neurodiversity in the workplace.

- Analyze different types of universal strategies for an inclusive workplace.

- Reflect on how optimizing existing skills and universal strategies fosters neurodiversity in the workplace.

- Explore how to measure the success of inclusion strategies for neurodiversity.
