Are you really reaching ass to grass?

If your squat is not as strong as you would like it to be, join Dr. Navaz Habib at this event where he will work with you in a small group to help optimize the function of all joints involved in the performance of a squat. Improving the mobility of your toes, ankles, knees, hips, and lower back can greatly improve your squat form, and help you limit your risk of injury from faulty movement patterns.

Dr. Navaz Habib uses Functional Range Conditioning (R) and Performance Based Mobility to improve joint mobility, flexibility and neural control of individual joints, leading to improved form and greater weightlifting capacity. Using functional medicine and functional movement, Dr. Habib helps you reach even greater heights in your CrossFit and fitness goals.
