HELL WEEK is an intense 5 day personal fitness challenge that will awaken your inner athlete! Each day, the trainer will challenge the group to a surprise fitness challenge embedded within the standard OTF workout. This challenge will be a variation from a standard OTF workout template, and it is meant to be a fun but intense challenge! The goal is to push through and conquer the challenge while enjoying an incredible OTF workout. Come workout every day from October 24th – October 31st and receive an “I completed Hell Week at OTF” T-shirt!
