From January 25-26, 2019, join Organic Alberta at our annual central conference in Fort Saskatchewan! This year’s theme is Growing Healthy Farmers, Fields, and Food, highlighting the holistic nature of farming. Sessions will focus on grain, livestock, fruit and vegetable production, soil, mental health, working with employees, connecting with consumers, and more!

This year, we have some exciting opportunities for you to add to your registration:

1) The Organic Food and Wine Gala on Friday night. This includes a banquet dinner and 2-hour keynote from Sally Fallon, founder and president of the Weston A. Price Foundation.

2) Sally Fallon Seminar from 1:00-4:00 on Saturday afternoon. Sally Fallon is the founder and president of the Weston A. Price Foundation, which promotes wise traditions in food and farming. You may know Sally as author of Nourishing Traditions, the cookbook that introduced all the current food trends including sauerkraut, kombucha and bone broth.

4) From Farm to Fork Connections included in your main registration, this is an opportunity for consumers to ask questions and talk to organic farmers about why and how they grow organic.

3) Child care will also be available at the conference. You can add child care (ages 3-12) and babysitting (under age 3) options to your registration tickets. Child care will cover the full two days whereas babysitting registration is for 2 hours per day. Please contact us if you would like to book more babysitting time.
