Organizational culture is a key to organizational success........ isn't it?

This workshop will examine organizational culture from a number of perspectives including: 1) how do we know what our organizational culture is?, 2) how do we establish the correct culture?, 3) how do we ensure that our culture lives through our programs, processes, and volunteers?, 4) How do we change our culture? 4) How does organizational culture interact with organizational values and strategies?.

Yes, organizational culture is a key to organizational success ......... but only if we know the answers to these questions.

This interactive workshop will focus on these issues, and more importantly any other issues related to organizational culture that are important to the participants.

About the Facilitator: This session will be facilitated by George Vandermay,the former head of HR at the City of Cambridge and is a current instructor at Conestoga College.

Participant Limit: 25

Fee: $45 for members* or $59 for non-members.
*members of Volunteer Action Centre of Kitchener-Waterloo & Area, PIN (formerly the Volunteer Centre of Guelph/Wellington) or United Way of Waterloo Region, (Cambridge) Volunteer Centre.

Registration & Cancellation Policy: Fees for workshops, training opportunities, and events are due prior to or on the date of the event. The Waterloo-Wellington Learning Alliance reserves the right to request fees in advance. Participants who have registered for a workshop, training opportunity, or event with the Waterloo-Wellington Learning Alliance will be invoiced for the fee associated with the event if cancellation is not made at least 3 business days prior to the date and time of the event. Cancellation fees will be waived if the participant can find and guarantee an alternate to attend. The Waterloo-Wellington Learning Alliance reserves the right to cancel a workshop. In the event of cancellation, full refunds will be issued to all paid registrants within one month.
