Surviving Sleep Time Part 2:

The 3 R’s of Rest Time (Routine, Relationship and Rituals)

This workshop will review the key points covered in Surviving Sleep Time – Part 1

Surviving Sleep Time – Part 2 will cover the importance of and provide ideas for creating and maintaining positive routines, relationships and rituals (the 3 R’s) during rest time.

This will be an interactive and participatory discussion and learning session.

Topics to be covered:

  • Review of feedback from 3 Questions that are part of the registration for this workshop.
  • Reframing Sleep Time (Routine).
  • How Does Learning Happen and Sleep Time (Relationships).
  • How E.C.E. teachers can bring meaning to Sleep Time (Rituals).
  • Strategies for Sleep Time
