About this event

Our Food Future Community Voice Project Focus Group

The Nutritious Food Workstream of the Our Food Future initiative is seeking Guelph-Wellington residents to participate in a focus group about access to nutritious foods.

The purpose of the focus groups is to collect information about residents’ experiences and perspectives on access to nutritious foods in Guelph and Wellington County.

The focus groups are being conducted by researchers from the Community Engaged Scholarship Institute/The Research Shop at the University of Guelph in collaboration with Our Food Future.

Feedback from the focus groups will:

Identify what helps residents to access nutritious foods, and what makes it challenging.

Identify ways to increase access to nutritious foods in Guelph and Wellington County.

Your participation in the focus group is completely voluntary. All responses will be kept confidential.

If you have any questions about the focus group, please contact Karen Nelson, Research Shop Coordinator, at knelson@uoguelph.ca.

If you have any questions about the Nutritious Food Workstream, please contact Claire Bowley, Nutritious Food Workstream Research and Planning Associate with Our Food Future, at cbowley@guelphchc.ca.
