Small group Fitness combines the best of both worlds: The extra care from personal training with the social aspect of group fitness.

About this event

We currently only taking pre-registrations. We are thinking positive and hope to be able to have outdoor fitness programs in the near future(the end of our stay and home order is June 6th). Our numbers will be limited to 10 ppl per class.

About Your Head Trainer - Kaley Metler, BSc, CPT

Now here's a little about my life so far...... I was working as a field engineer for around 15 years for an oil and gas company and then a water company. Along the way, I met a wonderful man to start a family with and had 2 pretty amazing kiddos!! After my kids were born, my role changed where I had to sit at a desk. I did it for a few years at a great office, but quickly realized that sitting at a desk for 8 hours of my day was not exactly "healthy" in my books. So I gave up that good paying office job to do something I truly love.........help others get fit and be proud of their bodies. Competitive sports has always been a part of my life and over time I developed a true passion for fitness and nutrition.  I was raised on a farm and ranch and will always value what my parents and grandparents have taught me(work hard and eat homegrown natural foods). Now that I have a family of my own, we have a garden and chickens, which makes me feel great to show my kids how to work hard to provide your own food. That is my story in a nutshell and I am forever grateful to have found my happy place in life :).

Meet your other talented kind-hearted trainers:

Brittany Berezowski. BASc, SSW, CPT (NASM)

A girl who loves to laugh and has many talents, even one below you may not expect.

I am the Owner of My Full Time Athlete where I focus on coach development, motivation, athletic training and fitness. I am a Certified Personal Trainer (NASM) and teach in person, online and in groups. I have specialized in coaching gymnastics since 2005 and have experience working with high level competitive athletes. I have a degree in Applied Science as well as a Diploma as a Social Service Worker. My favourite food is none of their than chicken souvlaki. I know! Not what you would expect. A fun fact about me is that I used to be an opera singer and heavily into music.

Lynda Bonus: Pound Fit Certified & Future Yoga Instructor:

After suffering a burnout (the result of being consumed by my career), I was forced to make some serious changes in order to SAVE my life. I had to take (and continue to do so!) a long and deep look at myself and ask "who am I" and "what do I want". This led to a shift in priorities and freedom that I am grateful for every day! I love to practice and promote self-care in many forms. A few of them you might see me doing are dance, Yoga, Rest, Day Trips, cooking, gardening, reading, poundfit, and slowing down to think, celebrate, and enjoy life. You know all the stuff many say we want to do but we don't make time for it. I MAKE time for it and would love to show you my methods. I love to practice and promote self care in many forms. A few of them you might see me doing are dance, Yoga, Rest, Day Trips, cooking, gardening, reading, poundfit, and slowing down to think, celebrate, and enjoy life.
