About this Event
Anger is an expression of inner pain, an indication that something is not well in our inner world. Whether it seeps out in the form of irritation, resentment or explodes out in full rage, it causes damage to the self and others. Although it is a dangerous emotion, it can be healed by a simple change in our thought patterns.
