Overcoming Self Sabotage: The Science and Spirituality of Creating Change
Do you ever feel stuck in certain patterns in your life despite your best efforts to move forward?
This workshop will cover the science of theory of mind, including the conscious, subconscious and unconscious levels of the mind and the role of different approaches that target each level of the mind in creating lasting change. We will discuss the role of early experiences and traumas in keeping us stuck in receptive patterns and emotional reactions and how to break free of the impact of our past in our present reality. We will also examine the role of the ego and the soul in stepping into living in connection with our true self in the world and struggles to help us to strengthen our connection with our soul and the language of intuition in times of stress.
Participants will gain new awareness and knowledge along with practical strategies and resources that they can implement in their own lives towards reaching their goals and breaking out of past patterns.

About the Presenter:
Katie Turner is a Registered Psychology who works with individuals to address concerns related to anxiety, depression, trauma, self-sabotage. assertive communication and boundaries, self-esteem, personal growth, transitions, stress management, healing unhealthy patterns and relationships. Additional area’s of specialization include transpersonal concerns, such as intuition development, soul healing, life purpose, spiritual awakening, dreams, past-lives, psychic experiences, indigo/crystal children and ancestral healing.Often clients come to Katie because she is also an intuitive healer and draws from a variety of approaches to help clients to find and heal the root cause of their concerns.
