Description

Are stress and anxiety causing you or your colleagues to lose sleep, be less productive, or get sick? Aside from the devastating effects on people, workplace stress and anxiety has a direct impact on the bottom-line of a business. This workshop will help you to take charge of stress and anxiety and will provide practical techniques to improve productivity and well-being in your personal and professional life.

Facilitator: Pamela Wagner, co-owner of Being Human Services Inc., has more than 30 years of experience supporting individuals with disabilities and other employment barriers. Pamela is a Registered Social Worker and Chartered Professional in Human Resources with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology/Sociology and a Masters of Education. As an Employee Assistance Program Counsellor, she provided Workplace Support services to individuals recovering from mental health and addictions issues as well as group training to companies aimed at improving the well-being and productivity of employees. Most recently as a presenter in the HR in a Box Series and the Being Human Services Management Training Series, Pamela continues to develop and deliver exceptional seminars and programs.
