Our 3rd Annual Black History Month event dedicated to celebrating black women and femmes.

About this Event

Happy Black History Month OWV family! We are so excited to share our upcoming event "WHAT A TIME TO BE BLACK" in collabatoration with Black Women With Wings at Nia Centre For The Arts on February 21th. This event is inclusive and open to all POC/non-POC folks but is solely to celebrate black history, black women and spotlight black femme creatives. Tickets: EB $10 GA: $15

6:00pm Art Exhibit by Black women & Femmes (Creatives TBA)

7:00pm Conversations with OWV: Wellness is B(L)ACK

A discussion about creatives within the black community and how we take care of black artists. How do we make space for self-care, wellness and healthier habits as black creatives? Moderated by Keosha Love

8:00pm OPEN MIC ft. TBA
