Painting with the Willows: A Celebration of Ontario Birds

Please join us at Warkworth Town Hall Centre for the Arts for an evening of community, connection and creativity! Studio on the Farm and The Branch Ranch have joined forces to bring you a unique spin on a paint night. This mixed-media project combines acrylic paint provided by Studio on the Farm and locally grown willow from The Branch Ranch. We call it "Painting With The Willows," and our theme is a celebration of Ontario birds.

Our first painting is a bright and beautiful Cardinal. Jenny will walk you through each stage to create this masterpiece! Choose a special willow branch to create the perfect perch for your feathered friend!

Please bring indoor shoes or slippers with you as outdoor shoes are not allowed. We want to keep the Warkworth Town Hall as tidy as possible - as we are very grateful to be using this lovely facility. Hot and cold drinks will be provided, and all materials are included with the class fee.

The paintings in this series are all designed to work together so you can create and display a collection of your very own work. No painting experience is required. This event is designed to be enjoyable for all skill levels - whether you are a seasoned artist or brand new to the art world! This project is appropriate for ages 10+, so feel free to bring your favourite people!
