*NEW LOCATION* (We used to meet at Resevoir Park, we are going to try Springbank Park this month)

Moms and/or dads - it can be challenging to exercise alone, hard to motivate yourself to get up and go, especially after the addition of a new baby to your life. Bring your new babe (1-12m) for a fitness class with other parents and babies. We will start with a brisk walk, then get our bodies moving with fun interval training using exercises that incorparate our little ones to keep them engaged as well! We will end the session with core strengthening, stretches, and some movement songs for baby. Develop strength, balance, endurance, and have FUN in the process! No previous fitness experience necessary.

Each week a different member leads the session (on a voluntary basis!)

Please bring a blanket, towel or yoga mat, and water bottle. In the event of heavy rain or thunder storms, we will cancel for the week. Bring a stroller or carrier (or both) - we will adapt exercises for any way you want to hold/carry your baby.
