Core awareness and strength is often lost during pregnancy and after childbirth. In this class we will focus on reconnecting to our core and pelvic floor muscles, while integrating and including our little one(s).
Suitable for moms (at least 2 months post partum) dads, and babies. Crawling babies welcome! (Sorry, no walking babies due to lack of supervision). Please bring your own yoga mat and quiet soft toys for your babies.
