About this event
The session will focus on how parents can care for their wellness while caring for their children's wellness during Covid-19. Parents will also learn how to find engaging activities for their children at home. There will be parental resources shared related to Mind-Body-Soul. As well, parents will learn how to identify their children's feelings, recognize stress, anxiety and fear in their children. We will discuss the importance of scheduling, routines, health habits for children, benefits of routine & balance, Mind-Body-Soul as it pertains to parenting. As well, strategies will be provided as to how single mother's can manage during Covid-19 and available resources
