Pasta for Beginners
Learn to make homemade pasta or as they say in Italian “pastasciutta”, it’s not as hard as you think. You will enjoy getting your hands dirty as you make fresh pasta and will love eating your creation with your group of new friends in class.
Mixed greens with goat cheese in a vinaigrette dressing.
Homemade tagliatelle pasta with a ground beef tomato sauce.
A traditional aglio e olgio (garlic and extra virgin olive oil) will also be taught. Excellent midnight snack with friends.
