Hello Church Family & Friends,

As most of you know, a special transition will take place in Pastor Ian's & Janice's life come December 31, 2020. Pastor Ian will be transitioning from Lead Pastor of Gateway Church to pursue a direction from God of writing & teaching.

After 15 years of serving and leading at Gateway Church in Arnprior and after 32 years of ministry (and still counting), it's time to celebrate!! As Covid restrictions are still in place we are getting creative on how to celebrate a life of Godly service and sacrifice.

We will be having two drop-in celebration days for you to meet and chat with Pastor Ian and Janice and to bless them both on their next God adventure. Below are the details of the celebration events:

• 1st Event: Wednesday, December 9, 2020 - 4:00PM - 8:00PM
• 2nd Event: Thursday, December 17, 2020 - 9:00AM - 4:00PM

• Register for a 30 minute time slot via Eventbrite
• There will be two available registrations (tickets) every 30 minutes. Please register for one availability (ticket) per family.
• Social distanced Meet & Greet with Ian & Janice to convey your well-wishes & blessings
• Meet & Greet will be held in the Fellowship Hall at Gateway Church (128 Mary Street, Arnprior)
• You will have an opportunity to write something special as well for a lasting memory

As part of Ian & Janice's life together in serving God and the church and many of you personally, we want to bless them with a money gift. There will be a box available during the two celebration events or you can send an e-transfer to: treasurer@gatewaychurch.ca (Q: What town is Gateway Church located? / A: Arnprior). The gift will be presented to Pastor Ian & Janice during Pastor Ian's last Sunday as lead Pastor on December 27th, 2020. (Please e-Transfer no later than December 23, 2020.)

As well, if you have any pictures of Pastor Ian & Janice while they have been in ministry, please send those along to jeff@gatewaychurch.ca (we will like to make a slideshow).
