Pastured Pork Butchery Class

This is our same old, very popular, hands-on pork butchery lesson from Jamie Waldron where we break down an entire pastured pig from snout to tail. You will get hands on experience learning about each cut and how it can be used. This class has a limit of 8 people and each participant goes home with approximately 20 - 30lbs of pork at the end of each class.
This class will sell out, so it's best to buy your tickets early!
