Join Visual Arts Mississauga's talented Artist Instructors for a series of online art workshops this Spring. Enjoy an evening connecting with your creative side and learning something new! This is a Pay-What-You-Can workshop, suggested donation of $10-$20.
Artropology Game with Sharlena Wood
Artropology is a card game that focuses on Principals and Elements of Design prompts to create a non-objective work of art in the spirit of play, and learn how to nurture your intuition, composition and decision-making skills. Our session will begin with composition tips, lead into playing an interactive game and end with a group critique and Q&A.
Materials List:
Acrylic paint various colours and neutrals
Mixed media (optional ie. soft pastels, oil pastels, coloured pencils, charcoal)
Acrylic brushes and alternative mark-making tools (palette knives)
Water container, rags, paint palette
One 8" x 10" painting surface of your choice
