Mark Making in Portraiture with Matthew Salisbury

Create expressive portraits with a greater emphasis on mark making rather than fine rendered illustrations. You are encouraged to combine dry and wet media to better tell the story of the portraits you create.

• dry media: ball point pen or marker or charcoal
• wet media: ink or watercolour
• drawing or watercolour or mixed media paper
