The MGA Professional Development and Career Strategies (PDACS) Presents:

Professional Correspondence - Etiquette in Action

Writing and connecting in a professionally appropriate way can, at worst, be an easy way to
disqualify yourself from an opportunity or, at best, make a relationship uncomfortable. Learning
how to best navigate best practices of business/professional correspondence, includes know
when and how to follow-up, what the expectations of each other we may communicate are and
how to complement mutual success. Your writing and speaking choices make your
correspondence act as an ambassador for your skills and potential. Learn how to do this now!

  • How to organize your thinking in a professional manner to write/speak effectively
  • How to organize your follow-up and relationship maintenance skills
  • How to disagree with confidence and clarity of behavioural expectations

Diana is President of The Soft Skills Group Inc.www.TSSG.ca. an on-the-job learning boutique firm based in Toronto, Canada. She is a senior training & development professional 20 years of experience in delivery, design & consulting with Fortune 500 companies, Universities & Colleges in Canada, the USA, Mexico and Europe.

Diana teaches regularly at the Schulich Executive Education Centre (SEEC) of the York University
