Welcome to Peace, Calm, & Ease: An Introduction to Emotional Freedom Techniques!


Do you ever feel anxious, stressed out, frustrated, or overwhelmed?

Who Should Attend?

Anyone (18+) who wants to help themselves to self-regulate in times of stress or upset so they can feel better and think more clearly as they move through life.

What is Emotional Freedom Techniques / Meridian Tapping?

Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT/tapping) is an evidence-based technique from the emerging field of Energy Psychology. It combines gentle tapping with our fingertips on acupressure points on the hand, face, and upper body while focusing (temporarily) on upsetting emotions, sensations, thoughts and behaviours around specific issues, events, situations or physical pain that we wish to resolve and gain emotional freedom from. EFT/tapping is an effective self-help tool as well as a powerful therapeutic/coaching intervention.

What Will You Get?

During this three hour workshop you will learn a powerful self-help tool that you will be able to use the day of and learn how to incorporate it into your life for when you are feeling stressed.

Why Are We Running This Workshop?

When I first learned tapping, I could hardly believe what I was experiencing; the way my whole being responded. This simple tool has the ability to calm so quickly, and when I’m calm, I think more clearly. It’s also a handy little tool to use when I’m about to do something that I feel nervous about, like going to the dentist; now when I sit in her chair, I’m so relaxed that she even mentions it! - Karen

I incorporated tapping into my life many years ago and I can’t imagine not having this powerful self-help tool for when I’m feeling stressed, upset, or worried in my day to day life. About the Organizers

Karen and Nicole received their dual certifications of Certified Emotional Success Coach and Accredited Certified EFT Practitioner with the National EFT Training Institute and are both members in good standing with The Association for the Advancement of Meridian Energy Techniques.

Due to the promised inclement weather on our originally scheduled date (Saturday January 19, 2019) we have decided to reschedule the workshop.

We are offering a limited number of seats, please purchase your ticket to reserve your place.
