If you're looking for simple desserts to add to your repertoire, look no further.

First, we'll make a nutty-chocolaty pie with a simple gingersnap cookie crust. If you have a weakness for peanut butter and dark chocolate (as I do), be warned: This is a dessert I give away immediately, because if it's in the house I'll eat it slice by slice, until it's gone--even when I bury it deep in the freezer to slow me down. (In fact, I quite enjoy it frozen.)

Next, I show you how to make a tangy Labneh (pronounced LEB-neigh) Tart. A staple in the Middle East, labneh transforms everyday yogurt into a thick tangy spread with a soft cheese-like texture. Combined with honey and eggs and baked in a thick buttery roast almond crust, this Labneth Tart is irresistible.

Upon registration, you'll receive a Zoom Link, Prep List and Recipes. If you wish to bake along with me, your ingredients must be pre-measured (strained, ground etc.) and your equipment within easy reach.

Feel free to sit back and watch, bake along or prepare the filling or dough portion only. Class length may vary depending on the number of students, questions, etc.

If you have any questions don’t hesitate to reach out. I want you to enjoy making these gorgeous tarts as much as I do!
