The Office of the Vice-President People, Equity and Inclusion is developing SFU’s inaugural People Plan – a comprehensive institutional strategy that helps us make decisions about what to prioritize over the next three years to support the people of SFU and advance our academic mission.
The plan will outline themes and actions in several areas so that we can support the organization to reach its potential and where people can thrive and do their best work.
It will build on audits, surveys and studies, including the SFU: What’s Next? strategic plan, and feedback from you.
Join us on Feb. 8, 2023, for an informational town hall where we share the work to date and then hear your perspectives on the emerging themes.
